A Ithough the ink has only just set on the documents transferring ownership of Cambridge Manufacturing (CMC) & the Cambridge brands from the Howard Foundation to the existing management team of Eileen Skinner, Rob Thompson and John White, plans are already well advanced to enhance and upgrade the production, ordering and warehouse facilities for the Corby manufacturing operation.
Late into the night
After many months of discussions and negotiations the management buyout (MBO) agreement was signed late one evening in September with both parties agreeing that they were very satisfied with the outcome. Encourage and enhance
And it is not set to end there. Eileen added: "Cambridge has had a very good year with sales and Counsellor recruitment numbers significantly up. Our plans are to encourage and enhance this trend in 2006 by investing in a number of areas including our ordering and delivery system and the website.
